Processing time

Each Delu Diva item is made to order, especially for you.

Please allow 2 to 7 working days for your order to be printed, packed and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped are:

UK orders: 2 to 5 working days
Europe: 3 to 7 working days
International: 7 to 20 working days (may vary depending on location and customs processing)

These are estimated timeframes only. Occasionally, couriers, customs or peak seasons may slow things down. We know it is annoying, but unfortunately, that is out of our control once it leaves us.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are unable to change or redirect orders once they have been processed or dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier service.

While we will always support where we can, Delu Diva is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances outside of our control. If your order appears delayed, please check your tracking information first and then contact us if needed.

We try to help where we can, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Split shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfilment location. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each parcel.
