Changed your mind?
As all Delu Diva products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:
★ Ordering the wrong size
★ Ordering the wrong colour
★ Changing your mind
★ Entering an incorrect delivery address
Every item is produced specifically for you, helping us reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction.
Please check all product details, sizing information and delivery information carefully before placing your order.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect
If your item arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@deludiva.com.
Please include:
★ Your order number
★ A description of the issue
★ Clear photographs showing the problem
Examples of eligible issues include:
★ Damaged products
★ Printing defects
★ Manufacturing faults
★ Incorrect item received
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Important notes
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that:
★ Have been worn, washed or altered
★ Were damaged after delivery
★ Show normal wear and tear
★ Were ordered in the wrong size or colour
EU and UK consumer rights
As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally exempt from standard cooling off period regulations that apply to non-personalised goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
